To register and maintain an Account on kaya918, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis thereafter:

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times. kaya918 may reject or suspend registrations where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to be your activity, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions made under your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify kaya918 support immediately via the contact details in Section 15.
In accordance with our licensing obligations and internal compliance requirements, kaya918 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer programme. You may be required to submit copies of: (a) a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g. MyKad, passport); (b) proof of address issued within the last three months; and (c) documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. kaya918 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal facilities until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction.
Creation of multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, kaya918 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, forfeit any bonus funds or promotional winnings associated with them, and withhold any balance pending investigation where fraudulent activity is suspected. Where duplicate Accounts are created accidentally, Players should contact support immediately to have secondary Accounts closed without penalty.
kaya918 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of Malaysian-preferred payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX, direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency transactions in Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). Supported methods may change from time to time; the current list of active payment options is available within the Platform's cashier section.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless a specific promotion states otherwise. kaya918 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges for which kaya918 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as operationally possible, with the majority completed within minutes for verified accounts. All withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) confirmation that the deposit method used for funding has been verified. kaya918 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds, which may extend processing times.
Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Where this is not technically possible, kaya918 will contact the Player to arrange an alternative verified method. kaya918 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts not registered in the Player's own name.
Currency: The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) as its primary transaction currency. Cryptocurrency transactions are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are the Player's responsibility.

The Refer A Friend programme allows existing Players to earn rewards by introducing new Players to kaya918. Both the referrer and the new Player must satisfy the stated qualifying conditions, including a minimum first deposit, before referral bonuses are credited. kaya918 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: bets that exceed applicable limits; bets placed on suspended or paused markets; bets accepted in error due to a technical fault; and bets placed in apparent bad faith or in violation of these Terms.
Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, or UEFA for European competitions). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the ruling of kaya918's trading team is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 14.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or connection failure during a game or transaction, kaya918 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server-side logs. The Platform's records shall be the primary evidence in resolving any dispute. kaya918 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's own internet connection failure or device malfunction.
Where odds are published in error — including palpably incorrect odds that a reasonable player would recognise as mistaken — kaya918 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the incorrect price and to re-settle them at the correct market odds, or to void the bets entirely. Players will be notified of any material corrections to settled bets.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kaya918 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Platform are the registered or unregistered marks of kaya918 or their respective owners. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kaya918 and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
kaya918 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, kaya918's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that kaya918 cannot guarantee that you will win. By using the Platform, you accept that all gambling decisions are made freely and at your own risk, and that kaya918 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through normal gambling activity on the Platform.

kaya918 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct; (c) the Player is accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction; (d) continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to kaya918; or (e) the Platform is required to do so under applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting kaya918 customer support. Upon closure, any genuine remaining Account balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending withdrawal verification requirements. Account closure does not entitle you to the release of bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements.
Upon termination or closure of an Account for any reason, all licences and permissions granted under these Terms immediately cease. kaya918 may retain Account data as required by applicable law, regulation, or internal compliance policy for a period of up to seven (7) years following Account closure.
kaya918 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email to the address registered on their Account, or through a prominent notice displayed upon Platform login, at least seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which kaya918's operating licence is issued. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall first be referred to kaya918's customer support team for resolution through good faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of it being raised, the matter may be escalated to kaya918's formal dispute resolution process, details of which are available on request from our support team. kaya918's decision on disputed matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and technical errors shall be final where the decision is made in good faith and consistent with applicable game rules.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived by agreement.
